What the Exercise Includes

The tool opens with a script that guides clients into a calm, reflective state. It invites them to imagine themselves in a future moment where they have already become the leader they want to be—exploring year, environment, presence, achievements, and the impact they have on others.  Across pages 3 and 4, prompts to deepen reflection and help clients articulate the journey and qualities that shaped their future success.

The tool also includes an integration step where clients sketch an image of their future leader self—reinforcing the emotional and cognitive insights gained through visualization. Finally, a set of follow-up coaching questions (page 5) helps translate insights into practical actions, behaviours, and mindset shifts that can be implemented immediately.
