Biran Yilancioglu
Over time, I have become less interested in giving leaders better answers and more interested in helping them ask better questions.
Because in complex environments, the challenge is rarely a lack of knowledge.
It is how we make sense of what is happening.
Much of leadership work today happens in conditions that are unclear, fast-moving, and often contradictory.
Leaders are expected to move quickly, respond confidently, and make decisions with incomplete information.
In that reality, the real work is not just what you do — but how you think.
This is where I focus.
Background
My background spans over 20 years across corporate and consulting environments.
Before focusing on coaching, I worked in leadership and L&D roles at HSBC and Bayer, designing and delivering programmes across multiple regions.
Today, I work independently and in collaboration with organisations, supporting senior leaders across consulting, financial services, healthcare, and the public sector
I am an ICF PCC-accredited, Co-Active coach and EMCC Senior Practitioner, and a certified coaching supervisor.
I have worked with organisations including BCG, BP, Bayer, Genomics England, FCA, UNICEF, and NHS.
I don’t see my role as giving direction.
I see it as helping leaders find clarity in situations where the path is not obvious.
