Leadership Coaching for Experienced Corporate Professionals

One-to-one leadership coaching for senior professionals who want to think clearly, make deliberate choices, and lead with confidence and agency in complex organisational environments.

Leadership isn’t just what you do, it’s how you think, choose, and show up under pressure.

As an experienced leadership coach, I work with corporate professionals who want space to reflect, sharpen their judgement, and lead more deliberately.

This is thoughtful, practical work grounded in your real context, not generic advice or motivational tips.

What Leadership Coaching Means Here

Leadership coaching is not about quick fixes or performance hacks.

It’s a reflective partnership focused on the decisions that actually matter — how you lead your team, navigate complexity, influence stakeholders, and choose what kind of leader you want to be.

We work with your real challenges, not hypotheticals:

  • current tensions

  • organisational politics

  • transitions and promotions

  • difficult conversations

  • strategic choices

The goal is simple: clearer thinking, better decisions, and leadership that feels intentional rather than reactive.

Who Leadership Coaching Is For

This work is typically right for you if:

  • You’re an experienced corporate or senior professional

  • You’ve succeeded professionally but want greater clarity or alignment

  • You’re stepping into more responsibility or complexity

  • You’re navigating a transition, promotion, or new mandate

  • You want space to think well before you act

  • You value reflection and judgement over formulas and quick answers

If you’re looking for a sounding board, deeper perspective, and thoughtful challenge — not cheerleading or “life advice” — you’ll feel at home here.

What Leaders Often Gain from Leadership Coaching

Through our work together, leaders often develop:

  • clearer thinking and stronger decision-making

  • greater confidence in ambiguous or high-stakes situations

  • a leadership style aligned with their values and context

  • more effective stakeholder relationships

  • practical plans for meaningful next steps

  • the courage to choose deliberately rather than drift

This is leadership development in context, not abstract theory.

My Approach

My background spans more than 20 years across corporate roles and leadership development work with organisations including Bayer, HSBC, and TPC Leadership.

Alongside leadership coaching, I design and facilitate development programmes and support the coaches who work with leaders through supervision and mentor coaching. This means I bring both strategic perspective and reflective depth to every conversation.

My style is calm, direct, and practical.

You won’t get jargon or frameworks for the sake of it, only what genuinely helps you think and act more effectively.

How Leadership Coaching Works

Leadership coaching is tailored to your needs and context.

Typically this includes:

  • regular one-to-one conversations (online or in person)

  • sessions focused on live challenges and decisions

  • reflection and experimentation between sessions

  • a pace that fits your role and responsibilities

Engagements often run for 3–6 months or longer, depending on what you’re working through.

Self-Care in Leadership: Why Looking After Yourself Is a Responsibility, Not a Luxury

Self-care in leadership is not a personal preference or a lifestyle trend. It is a professional responsibility. Leadership Loneliness is Real and Community Matters

Leadership loneliness is everywhere at this time of year. In the last few weeks, I have heard it from HR directors, senior leaders, scale-up founders, strategy consultants and coaches. People who look confident and composed from the outside, yet quietly admit they are carrying more than ever. It is rarely dramatic. It is that low-level, constant sense of having to hold it all together on
