Membership of the Coach Café is for a 1 year subscription, whether it is paid for annually or monthly.
Cancellation of membership can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests will be registered but will not take effect until the end of the subscription year.
We reserve the right to cancel membership if a member acts unprofessionally in their relationship with the Coach Café. There will be no refund, partial or otherwise, of membership fees in this case.
Participation in online events is voluntary and places will only be guaranteed for those who register for the event.
Where there is a maximum capacity for an event, tickets will be issued on a first come first served basis, and a waiting list will be operated.
If you are unable to attend an event for which you’ve registered, we ask that you let us know as quickly as possible so we can offer your place to others in the waiting list.
Cancellation terms: If you’ve registered for an event, you may cancel and receive a refund (where applicable) up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. Please email email@example.com to let us know. If you cancel within 24 hours, please also notify us, however we regret that we’re not able to offer refunds (where applicable).
Any materials you download from the website remain under the ownership of Biran Consulting Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
How we use your data
We store the data you provided us for the purposes of managing your subscription and to enable us to contact you about events and online forums.
We will not share your personal information with any 3rd parties.
When you cease to be a member, we will retain data only so far as required by law.
