Biran’s primary passion, from experiencing the positive effects of individual leadership development and change, is to support leaders and coaches in their journey through coaching and supervision. She believes developing emotional intelligence is the key to becoming an effective leader and creating a long lasting impact on the people, organization and then onto the world. She combines her leadership skills with her deep knowledge of coaching when partnering with clients. She enables them to discover, refocus and engage with their potential.
As a professional coach and facilitator, she has worked with 100s of individuals, teams and organizations and educated more than 100 executive coaches over the past 15 years.

Witnessing the positive impact of leadership development and change on companies throughout her professional career, Biran’s main passion is to mediate the positive impact of change first on individuals and then on the world.
For this purpose, she still designs and delivers development programs and projects on leadership through a coaching and mentoring approach.
Professional Experience
- Biran worked in the finance and pharmaceutical sectors, in the world’s leading companies such as HSBC and Bayer.
- During her professional career, she worked as an internal facilitator and an internal coach as well as a Team Leader, Academy Leader, Leadership Development Programs Manager, European Regional Manager for Job Recruitment Programs, Training and Development Manager.
- She served as a coach and trainer for global and multinational companies in many countries such as Turkey, Germany, England, Netherlands, Spain, Prague, Italy and Iran. She managed multinational teams of different cultures in different countries.
- She is the Faculty Lead and the Director of the Coach Practitioner Programme at TPC Leadership UK and the Transformational Leadership Coaching Programme at TPC Leadership Global.
- As one of the global faculty leaders in TPC Leadership, Biran also works as a lead facilitator and a coach in many international projects.
